KinderCare Education at Work unveils new centers in San Francisco and Cleveland

February 27, 2017

We're hitting the ground running this year with two new KinderCare at Work centers opening in the first weeks of 2017. In January we welcomed Kids By the Bay Financial District and University Circle to the KinderCare Education family!

Kids By the Bay Financial District is the second Government Services Administration center for KinderCare Education - we also operate Kids By the Bay Civic Center. Both centers are in the heart of downtown San Francisco, a place where the number of children far outnumbers early childhood education centers. This new center eases the pressure on both federal and community families, providing space for 51 children from infancy through age five - and showing families the benefits of high-quality early childhood education.

KinderCare Learning Center at University Circle in Cleveland also opened this month. Previously, Cleveland Children's Academy, the center serves families from Cleveland Clinic and other nearby medical facilities in a downtown area that, like San Francisco, has few high-quality early childhood education centers. As Cleveland Clinic's campus grew, the center's former location was needed for a new medical building. Thanks to the strong partnership between KinderCare Education and Cleveland Clinic, the center was relocated just down the street to a brand new building in a space specifically designed with the needs of young learners in mind. The new center can serve up to 155 students from infancy through age five and includes drop-in care for patients and visitors who need temporary child care while on Cleveland Clinic's main campus.

Welcome to the family Kids By the Bay and University Circle!
