A major employer in Calumet County, Wisconsin is focusing on child care as a way to retain employees and support their families. Ariens Company and KinderCare Education are collaborating to build the Brillion Early Learning Center on the former Brillion Iron Works foundry property. Local leaders and employees at Ariens Company say that they hope the early learning center will not only be an asset to the company but a draw to the community as well. The center will have a capacity for 96 students and 25 additional spots for before and after school care. The Brillion Early Learning Center is set to open in the fall of 2021.
